Terms & conditions

The booking is confirmed with payment of a 25 % deposit of the agreed total price. The remainder is paid at delivery.

The customer must be of legal age and hold a driving licence valid in Spain, in force throughout the rental period.

LuxxuryCars reserves the right to request an additional deposit depending on the vehicle and type of use (events, productions, international travel).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit paid. Each case is assessed individually.

Any damage to the vehicle resulting from negligent use will be borne by the customer in accordance with the corresponding assessment.
